General terms and conditions for the exchange and return of products or services purchased on our company online known as

Most products purchased online can be returned as long as they retain the original packaging and are in perfect condition with accessories and documentation, otherwise the product cannot be returned.


To make a return, the product must be sent to our office with the original packaging and in perfect condition, the purchase receipt within the term and the means of payment used. The cost of shipping the product to our office will always be in charge of the customer (without exceptions).

Funko POP

We cannot control slight manufacturing variations and cannot replace items based on these variations, including but not limited to minor paint defects or figure positioning. Imperfections in packaging will not be considered part of a damaged figure. This regulation is dictated by Funko itself.

Funko: We design our packaging to protect the collectibles inside, and we do not seal our boxes for this very reason. We encourage you to take your Pop! figures and other products out of the boxes to enjoy them! Even if you choose to keep your figures in the boxes, we are not able to replace packaging.

Time required

The return of a product can be made a maximum of 7 calendar days after receiving the same product. After this period, it will no longer be possible to proceed with the return. If the return is requested within the indicated period, the customer must send the product to our offices.

The shipping cost will always be paid by the customer (without exceptions). Once the products have been received in our offices, and after verifying their status, we will proceed to return them within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt.

Delivery cost

Keep in mind that the return does not include the initial shipping cost, only the value of the products ordered will be returned, since the shipping cost is for an external service that does not have a return. The courier performs the service regardless of whether the customer accepts or returns the products.

Excluded products

Although there are exceptions to the right of withdrawal. The refund shall not apply to:

  • The supply of goods or services the price of which depends on fluctuations market which the employer cannot control and which may occur during the withdrawal period.
  • The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly customized (for example: furniture, bespoke clothing, customised clothing etc).
  • The supply of sound recordings, videos, video games and sealed computer programs provided on any physical media (CD, DVD, Blu-ray, etc), which have been unsealed.
  • The provision of digital content that is not lent on a material medium.
  • All imported products where the suppliers themselves do not accept returns. These products will be clearly indicated at the purchase stage and before payment.

Decreased value

You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from manipulation other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. This will also apply to items such as mobile phones, tablets, computers, and devices in which you have registered, activated security, geolocation or patterns.

Product condition

Please check at the time of making the return, that you are not including any products or accessories other than those purchased on the site We make it clear that we will not be responsible for such products and any kind of return. If it is detected that these products have been changed in order to alter, modify or replace the original product, we will be forced to initiate legal action.
