Most products purchased at eMarket Perú can be returned as long as they retain the original packaging and are in perfect condition, including accessories, documentation and original packaging, otherwise the product cannot be returned. To return or exchange a product, it is necessary to present the product with the original packaging and in perfect condition, the receipt of purchase within the stipulated period and, if the purchase has not been made in cash, the means of payment with which it was made in order to make the refund. You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from manipulation other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. This will also apply to items such as mobile phones, tablets, computers, and devices in which you have registered, activated security, geolocation or patterns, since the initialization of these devices requires the prior and voluntary registration of your data, which are stored in the memory of the terminal.

We make it clear that we will not be responsible for such products and any kind of return, whether of the product or the amount of the same will be void. If it is detected that these products or accessories have been changed in order to alter, modify or replace the original producer, we will be forced to decomem them and initiate legal action.
