• Location information: If you use eMARKET services, we may collect and process information about your actual location. We use a variety of technologies to determine location, including IP and GPS.

The services of this website and third-party applications used to connect to our services, as Login with Facebook, Google, Twitter, etc. will stop data collection when requested and any stored user data collected before the request will be deleted from our storage systems.

In your request you must indicate your full name and attach a copy of document that proves the legal representation of your data, indicate your email address and a postal address to be notified of our response; indicate a clear and precise description of the personal data that must be deleted.

Once the requirements have been met, eMARKET PERU will inform you if your request has proceeded or rejected, explaining the reasons for it. In accordance with Peruvian law, eMARKET PERU has twenty (20) business days from receipt of the request to send a response in case of an access request, and ten (10) business days if it requests rectification or updating.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, eMARKET PERU may keep certain information of the User who requests the cancellation, in order to serve as proof before a possible claim against eMARKET PERU for responsibilities derived from the processing of said information. This conservation will be 10 years, corresponding to the legal limitation period for contractual liability.

Information security

We strive to protect eMARKET and our users from unauthorized access or any unauthorized modification, disclosure or destruction of the information we hold. In particular:

1. We encrypt all our services using HTTP/SSL.
2. We review our information collection, storage, and processing practices, including our physical security measures, to protect against unauthorized access to systems.
3. We restrict access to personal information to eMARKET employees who need to know such information in order to process it for us, and who are subject to strict obligations.
