The Catan: Seafarers Expansion complements the base game The Settlers of Catan. The main feature of this expansion is the ability to create maps as you like, without being limited to the hexagonal layout predetermined by the base game. Moreover, the maps are larger.

There are 9 different scenarios, each with its own configurations that modify some rules or gameplay aspects, such as the suggested number of players, the total points required to finish the game, and whether the robber, the pirate, or both will be used.

IMPORTANT: This is an expansion. The base game is required to play.

Contents: 11 terrain hexes, 19 sea hexes, 6 frame pieces, 10 number tokens, 10 harbor tokens, 57 Catan tokens, 60 figures, 1 pirate, 1 rulebook.
